Customers may return our products within forty-five (45) days from the date of original purchase and receive a full refund upon receipt. All returned products must be received back in “New”, unused condition and shipped to us in its original box. If the product does not arrive in such a manner, Nomadic Meals reserves the right to apply a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs associated with all returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the reason for the return falls under the following condition:
Damaged and/or Defective Product
Products that are damaged or defective must be returned within forty-five (45) days of the original purchase date. We will provide a full refund of the product purchase price once the return has been received or ship a replacement without any additional charges. Damaged or defective returns must be shipped back in the original shipping box and product must remain unused. Nomadic Meals will cover the return shipping expenses on items that fall under this condition. To return a damaged or defective product, follow the return procedure below. Once all returned products are received, we will refund your purchase. If the purchase was made using a credit card, we will have your refund credited back to the same credit card account used.
If original orders are refused by the customer or are undeliverable, Nomadic Meals reserves the right to refund the customer minus the cost of shipping.Return Procedure
